Home brew: Special coffees, locally roasted, worth the price to Birmingham-area customers
Birmingham News article on specialty coffee, heavily featuring Primavera. Found on the front page of the Food section in today’s (17 Dec) Birmingham News.
Most of pictures in the print version of the story are from our shop, though we aren’t sure about the old-ish looking coffee with lots of floaters at the bottom of the page.
Kind of accurate, at least for a Birmingham News article. Please note that coffee is actually way too intense and unbalanced the first 24 hours out of the roaster rather than being at its peak for the 24 hours. The paragraph on heirloom varietals is very nice, though.
