Yard Work
Today I was busy. Had to cut down trees. Or at least trim the Crape Myrtles. Oh and trimming the Pampas grass, of course. I also had to mend the fences. Some trees had fallen on the chain link partitions in the back yard. And now — now my body is exhausted. Unfortunately, I wore shorts, and the flesh of my shins is covered in innumerable lacerations. I had forgotten this feeling, it reminds me of the Altadena Hardware summers. Maybe I should forget this computer stuff and take up landscaping full time. Actually, no, I don’t think I will do that. I do, however, really enjoy getting to work with my hands. I should do this more often.
